Here's the story of where we've come so far.....
2019 Houses Moved
2 buildings were purchased and saved from demolition and moved onto the property to be rebuilt into homes. Each to become duplexes for 4 spaces.
2019 Offices Moved
2 small offices purchased and moved for clinic, work, or a quiet space to meditate and pray.
2020 Rehab Construction
Laundry room addition, walls built, breeze way, new roof, and plans for decking and siding.
2020 Deck Construction
Major install and building of 4 decks with rails, breezeway and stairs.
2021 Well Installation
Well drilled, piped and water lines run to each duplex
2021-22 Electric Plans
Electric Plans and Installation from PEC
2022 Interior
Finish out of the interior begins. Drywall, flooring, addition of bathroom, and kitchenette. Each dwelling has kitchen, bath and bedroom.

Clean up, paint, clean up again, electric finish out, cabinets, plumbing finish and landscaping

Staging, decor, furnishing.
Remaining work: Stain deck, interior paint.
