Our Vision
No family should be without adequate prenatal or postpartum care in the early weeks postpartum. This time is a sacred time, to rest, recover, connect with your baby and body in a new way.
50% of maternal deaths happen in the first 6 weeks postpartum.
Other cultures who have mastered care for new families commonly includes a 'laying in' period, the family given privacy to bond, be nurtured, fed and guided through their new journey.
By 2030, we hope to provide the clinical care for pregnancy, birth and postpartum and offer 6-12 weeks of postpartum care for each family that comes through our facility.
